Rage Against The Machine Inspects Coliseum

10:01 AM Thursday 7/14/11 |   |

In preparation for July 30’s L.A. Rising Festival, Rage Against The Machine visited the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Video after the jump.

Promising the festival will have Coachella’s state-of-the-art production, including “massive video screens” and “monster sound,” Rage Against The Machine did a walk-thru of the Coliseum, reminding us that not only is the one-day event the first time in 11 years that the venue has hosted a major rock show, but it will mark the first time in as many years that Rage has performed a “proper show” in L.A.

Of course, boys will be boys and who could resist tossing the ol’ pigskin around while visiting the classic sports venue?

Produced by Goldenvoice, L.A. Rising will also feature performances by Muse, Rise Against, Lauryn Hill, Immortal Technique and El Gran Silencio.

Tickets are still available. Visit the L.A. Rising Facebook page for more information.
