‘Orlando Calling’ Calls Out Daily Schedules

Scheduled for Nov. 12-13 in Orlando, Fla., at Citrus Bowl Park, the first-ever Orlando Calling hasn’t given up set times, but has revealed its daily plans, reminding the world that the festival snagged the only North American Killers appearance this year and Seger’s only Florida show in 2011.

Nov. 12 features The Killers, Pixies, The Avett Brothers, The Roots, The Raconteurs, Gogol Bordello, O.A.R., Iron & Wine, Pete Yorn, Gavin DeGraw, Jenny And Johnny, Drive-By Truckers, Civil Twilight, Lucero, Dr. Dog, Justin Townes Earle, The Felice Brothers, Ben Sollee and Renee & The Translators.

Nov. 13 has a double-shot of Michigan rock with Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band and Kid Rock topping the day’s lineup. Other acts scheduled for the event’s second day are Doobie Brothers, Blake Shelton, Dwight Yoakam, Buddy Guy, Warren Haynes Band, Chris Isaak, Brandi Carlile, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, Michelle Branch, The Flatlanders, Los Lonely Boys, Blues Traveler, Justin Townes Earle, The David Mayfield Parade, and The Supervillains.

    Really Bob Seger and Kid Rock on the same bill, don't you know the Detroit natives is waiting for a night like that to happen, and it happens first in Florida. Seriously thinking about traveling to Florida that weekend.
