The Texas festival announces its lineup, promising 18 acts for an extremely low ticket price that works out to less than a buck per set.
Taking place in Houston at the Sam Houston Race Park Oct. 29, the 9th annual ZiegenBock Music Festival features performances by Dierks Bentley, Eli Young Band, Roger Creager, Jerrod Nieman, Brantley Gilbert, Robert Ellis, Whiskey Myers, Cody Canada & The Departed, Folk Family Revival, Cody Johnson, Wade Bowen, Bob Schneider, The Zach Edwards Band, Rosehill, Mockingbird Sun, Kristen Kelly, Jeff Boortz Band and Kirby Brown.
How much will all these artists and bands cost you? Only $16 plus fees. Of course, ticket prices, like schedules and lineups, are subject to change without notice.
This is a general admission, standing room only, open-air, uncovered event for which you can bring your own lawn chair and blanket. Taking place on the grass field next to the Race Park’s west lot, ZiegenBock will have two stages and plenty of country music-loving fans. For an idea of just how popular this event is, you just need to look at last year’s event which drew more than 32,000 attendees.
Tickets go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. Houston time. For more information, click here for the Sam Houston Race Park website.
