The second annual festival is taking place Oct. 13-16 in Pensacola Beach, Fla., at Casino Beach. A press conference earlier this year revealed that the event had been reinvented as a “resort destination music festival.” The 2011 festival grounds include Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach, The Hilton Pensacola Beach and the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach.
In addition to snagging Linkin Park, this week DeLuna Fest organizers announced the addition of The Sounds, Girl Talk and Diplo.
The roster also features Cake, Big Boi, The Airborne Toxic Event, Cut Copy, Matt and Kim, Cold War Kids, The New Pornographers, Mute Math, Ghostland Observatory, Ladytron, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Wanda Jackson, Ra Ra Riot, and Bettye LaVette.
General admission, advance three-day tickets are on sale now for $149.95. The price will later increase to $189.95.
VIP weekend passes are also available for $800. These passes include access to all VIP lounges in festival hotels as well as premium viewing areas and after-parties. VIP fans will also get into the VIP only Thursday night kick-off party Oct. 13.
Lodging is available at the three on-site beachfront hotels.
