Atlanta’s Newest Music Festival

11:01 AM Monday 8/22/11 | |

The Peachtree Music Festival debuts Oct. 1 in the heart of Atlanta’s Midtown.

The one-day music and arts festival will take place one block from the Midtown MARTA Station at the corner of 8th St. NW and Spring St. NW. So far, the lineup includes Shiny Toy Guns, DJ Khaled, Civil Twilight, Ocean Is Theory and DGAF: Dallas Austin / Cory Enemy.

Presented by a partnership formed by Centered Media and BMI, the first-ever Peachtree Music Festival promises plenty of music, food, a beer garden plus artist and fashion vendors.

“I am hoping that Atlanta receives this inaugural event with open arms, and I trust that the people of Atlanta will support the event and come out to the Peachtree Music Festival,” Centered Media president Brandon Cunningham said in a statement.
