Vt. Musician Grace Potter To Do Flood Benefit

09:01 AM Monday 9/19/11 |   |

Another Vermont musician making it big on the national stage is coming home to help the state recover from Tropical Storm Irene.

Grace Potter and her band Grace Potter And The Nocturnals will perform Oct. 9 at Burlington’s Flynn Theater. The next day she will play a $1,000-per-ticket solo acoustic concert and brunch at Sugarbush Resort.

Potter is a native a Waitsfield, one of the Vermont communities hit hard by last month’s flooding from Tropical Storm Irene.
