03:01 PM Wednesday 9/21/11 |   |

The producer/DJ not only fills up the coming months with U.S. dates in support of his latest album, but adds in a contest to increase the excitement level.

Wolfgang Gartner’s latest album, Weekend In America, dropped this week on Ultra Music, and his tour supporting the disc will give some lucky fan a weekend they’ll never forget.

Through a partnership with Spin and Beatport, Gartner is hosting a sweepstakes where the winner and a guest will fly to Madison, Wis., for his Oct. 28 Friday night performance at Segredo then fly to Chicago for his Saturday gig at the Congress Theatre. Along with VIP perks for both shows the grand prize also includes airfare, hotel accommodations ground transportation and more.

After appearing on Australia’s Parklife Festival Sept. 24 through Oct. 3, Gartner begins his North American tour in Canada at Montreal’s S.A.T. Oct. 6. Other stops include Raleigh, N.C., at the Raleigh Amphitheatre Oct. 7; Las Vegas at Surrender Oct. 12; Toronto at The Hoxton Oct. 13; New York City’s Webster Hall Oct. 14; Los Angeles at the Music Box Oct. 21-22; Philadelphia at Electric Factory Oct. 25; and Fort Lauderdale, Fla., at Revolution Nov. 26.
