Fans will know where to mark the Xs in their planners for all of their favorite acts now that Treasure Island Music Festival has announced its 2011 daily schedules.
The festival, which is presented by Noise Pop and Another Planet Entertainment, takes place Oct. 15-16 on Treasure Island. The man-made island is located off the coast of Yerba Buena Island in the San Francisco Bay between San Francisco and Oakland.
The event features dance/electronic acts the first day with the second devoted to indie rock bands. Set times are staggered between the Bridge and Tunnel stages so fans can enjoy uninterrupted music all weekend with no two performances at the same time.
