DeLuna Announces Single-Day Tickets

03:06 PM Tuesday 9/27/11 | |

If you’ve been holding off buying three-day passes for the DeLuna Fest on Florida’s Pensacola Beach, then today is your day as the festival announces single-day tickets.

With September almost over it’s easy to forget there are still a few major festivals yet to happen this year. DeLuna, scheduled for Oct. 14-16 is one of them, boasting daily lineups that have Weezer, Jane’s Addiction and Linkin Park headlining a weekend that also includes performances by Girl Talk, The Shins, Cut Copy, A-Trak, Cake, Diplo, Ghostland Observatory, Kermit Ruffins, Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears, Mute Math, J.J. Grey & MoFro, Manchester Orchestra, Ladytron, Matt and Kim, and Cold War Kids, to mention a few names.

All in all, DeLuna has more than 80 bands spread over five stages set on white sand beaches. Or, as the organizers like to say, DeLuna is the “fall’s best beach party.”

Now you can pick your day at DeLuna. A limited amount of single-day tickets priced at $75 went on sale today. Considering that each day features approximately 30 bands, the cost works out to about $2.50 per act – not a bad price in these harsh economic times.

Of course, the festival has three-day passes for $189.95 and those always in demand VIP weekend packages where you get premiere viewing areas, complimentary adult beverages (aka booze), VIP lounges, swimming pools, the exclusive kick-off party plus more starting at $800 advanced. Visit DeLunaFest.com for more information.
