Bonamassa Slots More U.K. Dates

With a string of U.K. dates beginning next week Joe Bonamassa announces yet another run through the British Isles, scheduled for late March 2012.

Lately it seems as if Bonamassa has been on a perpetual road trip. The guitarist spent much of this year touring with Glenn Hughes, Jason Bonham and Derek Sherinian under the moniker Black Country Communion but still found time to play dates fronting his own band. Although Bonamassa launches his fall U.K. tour in Blackpool Oct. 15 he’s already slotted his next run through the land of castles, kippers and Scotch whisky.

Bonamassa’s 2012 arena tour begins at Brighton Centre March 23. Other stops are Sheffield’s Motorpoint Arena March 24; Newcastle upon Tyne’s Metro Radio Arena March 25; Edinburgh, Scotland, at Usher Hall March 27; Liverpool Echo Arena March 28; Bournemouth International Centre March 30 and Birmingham’s The NIA March 31.

Bonamassa’s latest studio effort, Dust Bowl, was released in March. You can snag a free song from the album by clicking here.

A 48-hour presale for the March U.K. tour begins Wednesday at PlanetRock.com. Otherwise, you’ll need to catch the general onsale beginning Friday. Visit JBonamassa.com for more information.
