Other dates are Bossier City, La., at the CenturyLink Center Jan. 28; Phoenix at U.S. Airways Arena Feb. 3; Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena Feb. 4; Duluth, Ga., at The Arena at Gwinnett Center Feb. 10; Orlando’s Amway Center Feb. 11; Tulsa, Okla., at the BOK Center Feb. 16; St. Louis at Scottrade Center Feb. 17; Wichita, Kan., at the INTRUST Bank Arena Feb. 18; Des Moines, Iowa, at the Wells Fargo Arena Feb. 24; and Kansas City at the Sprint Center Feb. 25.
