New Kids, Backstreet Boys Go Global

The mighty behemoth that is the New Kids On The Block / Backstreet Boys co-headline tour lands in the U.K. in April.

It’s been more than a year since rumors emerged indicating two of the biggest boy bands in the known universe were joining forces for a tour. Those rumors became reality last fall with an official announcement detailing the journey. Now the groups are adding the U.K., Ireland and Europe to their plans for conquering the globe.

The first date is in Belfast, Northern Ireland, at the Odyssey Arena April 20. The next stop is at the O2 Dublin April 21 followed by a show at the Liverpool Echo Arena April 23. Other stops are Manchester Evening News Arena April 24; Newcastle Upon Tyne at Metro Radio Arena April 26; Birmingham’s LG Arena April 27; and The O2 – London April 28.

Two dates for the Continent have also been announced – Herning, Denmark, at Jyske Bank Boxen May 12 and Malmo, Sweden, at Malmo Arena May 13.
