05:01 PM Tuesday 11/15/11 | |

Young The Giant is starting its 2012 schedule off with a Feb. 10 gig at SOMA San Diego. The newly announced North American headline tour runs through early April.

Fans still have a number of chances to catch the indie rock band before the year ends including a Nov. 30 performance in Providence, R.I., as well as two nights in Santa Ana, Calif., Dec. 16-17.

The group – which released its debut, self-titled album digitally in October 2010 and physically in the U.S. in January – will also be making the rounds at the holiday radio shows. Radio show appearances include 96X Winter Meltdown in Norfolk, Va. (Dec. 1); 97X The Next Big Thing in Tampa, Fla. (Dec. 3); 107.7 The End Deck The Hall Ball in Seattle (Dec. 7); and KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas in Universal City, Calif. (Dec. 10).

As we approach the end of the year let's hear from the Pollstar community who they think are the worst people who post comments on Pollstar.

Some people were actually taking full advantage of festival season: Sasquatch; Wakarusa; Bonnaroo. Maybe you have heard of those festivals. Maybe not. Who knows. You do not seem like the type that actually aims to do much in life besides ineffectual internet trolling.

Young The Giant played several sets in Las Vegas in June. You know that Book and Stage venue?

I know thinking doesn't come easy to you.
