The folks at Jade Presents came up with the tour’s concept of taking artists receiving Top 40 airplay to smaller markets at affordable prices last year. The first ever Snowstorm Music Tour featured Nelly and 3OH!3.
The tour begins in the breakfast cereal town of Battle Creek, Mich., at the Kellogg Arena Feb. 7. Other stops include Green Bay, Wisc., at Brown County Arena Feb. 8; DeKalb, Ill., at the NIU Convocation Center Feb. 10; Sioux City, Iowa, at the Gateway Arena at Tyson Center Feb. 12; Rapid City, S.D., at Rushmore Plaza Civic Center Feb. 14; Waterloo, Iowa, at McElroy Auditorium Feb. 17; Fargo, N.D., at The Venue Feb. 18; Billings, Mont., at Shrine Auditorium Feb. 20 and Missoula, Mont., at Adams Center Feb. 21.
