Roger Daltrey Takes ‘Tommy’ To Japan

The Who’s frontman lines up five dates for his tour featuring a start-to-finish rendition of the classic rock opera.

Along with performing Tommy, Roger Daltrey and his band – drummer Scott Devours, bassist Jon Button, Loren Gold on keyboards, guitarist/musical director Frank Simes and Pete Townshend’s brother Simon on guitar – are playing songs from The Who’s incredible catalog.

The Japan leg of Daltrey’s global Tommy tour begins with two nights in Tokyo at the International Forum April 23-24. Other stops are Kanagawa at Kenmin Hall April 27; Osaka’s Archaic Hall April 28 and Nagoya at Shi Kokaido April 30.
