RockNess Reveals 2012 Lineup

01:01 PM Thursday 1/26/12 |   |

Mumford & Sons, Deadmau5 and Biffy Clyro will be hanging out with Nessie at this year’s edition of RockNess Festival.

The event is June 8-10 in Loch Ness, Scotland.

The initial lineup also includes Ed Sheeran, Justice, Noah and the Whale, Metronomy, Wretch 32, Azealia Banks, Beardyman and Death In Vegas. Chic featuring Nile Rodgers will also be there along with Etienne De Crecy, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Busy P, Gesaffelstein, Riton and The Cuban Brothers.

“I’m so happy with the list of acts we’re announcing today that I now just can’t wait for the first tent peg in the ground and for the party to start,” festival director Jim King said. “This announcement is just the start. We have heaps of great bands and DJs still to be revealed and the comedy headliner this year is an absolute corker!”
