Spree On The Move

02:01 PM Wednesday 2/15/12 |   |

The Polyphonic Spree announces dates in the western states with stops in Arizona, California, Washington and Colorado.

The group recently held a fan-made video contest tied into the band’s latest single, “What Would You Do?” The winner was Seattle resident Ben Rowe, whose entry was described by Spree frontman Tim DeLaughter as “flat out amazing.”

The new additions to the Spree’s “You + Me” tour begin with a stop in Phoenix at the Crescent Ballroom March 29. Other destinations on this short trip include Tucson’s Rialto Theatre March 30; San Diego’s House Of Blues April 1; Los Angeles at the El Rey Theatre April 2; San Francisco at the Great American Music Hall April 3; Portland’s Wonder Ballroom April 5; Seattle at Neumos April 6 and Denver’s Bluebird Theater April 10.

The band will be taking a brief step out of the country during the tour, playing Vancouver, British Columbia, at The Venue April 7.

New Fumes, headed up by former Spree member Daniel Huffman, appears on all dates.
