UMF Worldwide isn’t exactly a stranger on the international music scene. Entering its fifth year, UMF Brasil won Best Event Sao Paulo 2011 at Brazil’s DJ Sound Awards. UMF Ibiza in the Mediterranean will hit year No. 6 in 2012 with opening (May 27) and closing (Oct. 7) parties coinciding with Space Ibiza.

New on UMF’s festival agenda are festivals in Argentina, Poland and South Korea.

Set for May 5 in Argentina, UMF Buenos Aires has Justice on its lineup and promises more artists to be announced.

Taking place at Warsaw’s Sluzeviec Hippodrome July 13-14, UMF Poland’s lineup features Tiesto, Avicii and Carl Cox.

Still in the planning stages is UMF Korea in Seoul, South Korea, on Aug. 4 with a lineup and venue yet to be determined.

And be sure to watch for more information about UMF Brazil, scheduled for late 2012 in Sao Paulo.

Of course, there’s Miami’s Ultra Music Festival, celebrating its 14th year with three sold-out days at Bayfront Park March 23-25. This year’s lineup includes Tiesto, Kraftwerk, Carl Cox, Skrillex, Afrojack, Mike Snow and more.

“We have wanted to bring UMF to all corners of the world for a long time but have never been willing to rush the expansion or force something that would not be a great festival,” UMF Worldwide and UMF Miami founder, executive producer, CEO and president Russell Faibisch said. “UMF has a very high standard of excellence and has built tremendous credibility with fans, artists and industry professionals across the globe.”
