All American Rejects Hit The Streets

11:01 AM Thursday 2/23/12 |   |

Headline dates, shows with Blink-182 and a new album means “your four favorite Okies” are ready to rumble.

All-American Rejects venture forth on a North American journey beginning March 31 in Flagstaff, Ariz., at Northern Arizona University, just days after the band’s new album, Kids In The Street, drops March 26.

Wrapping up its headlining dates May 13 in Cincinnati at Bogart’s, stops along the way include St. Louis at The Pageant April 7; Chicago’s Metro April 9; Toronto at Phoenix Concert Theatre April 17; Pittsburgh’s Stage AE April 25; Boston at Royale Nightclub April 28; Asheville, N.C., at The Orange Peel May 9 and Louisville, Ky., at Expo Live May 12.

A Rocket To The Moon supports on all headline dates.

But the ride ain’t over for the band from Stillwater, Okla. Two days after completing its headlining run, All-American Rejects join up with Blink-182 in Rochester, N.Y., at the Blue Cross Arena. From there the two bands continue the road trip, playing Manchester, N.H. (May 17); Uncasville, Conn. (May 18); Bamboozle in Asbury Park, N.J. (May 19); Bethlehem, Pa. (May 20) and Quebec City (May 22) before heading across the Pond to play the U.K. and Europe beginning in June.

“If you want to see this band at their best, and probably the best they’ll ever be and hear all the songs you want to hear and all the songs you haven’t heard yet then you should make it a point to come out,” All-American Rejects’ Tyson Ritter said. “It will be the show you tell your children you saw. It will be a great evening and a lot of fun with your four favorite Okies.”

Some dates are already on sale. Visit AllAmericanRejects.com for more info.
