Produced by Chicago-based Red Frog Events and set for July 20-22 at the Woodlands of Dover International Speedway, the shiny new festival will also welcome Death Cab For Cutie, John Legend, Flaming Lips, Passion Pit, Cake, Lupe Fiasco, Girl Talk, Young The Giant, OK Go, Michael Franti and Spearhead, Cold War Kids, Awolnation, The Head And The Heart and more.

But it’s just not music at Firefly. The festival promises hot air balloon rides, craft beer and wine gardens and more to go along with three days in the Delaware sun.

“We’re thrilled to announce Firefly Music Festival as the East Coast’s premier music experience and are set on delivering an unforgettable weekend complete with top tier talent and unique attractions. We look forward to bringing Firefly to life in July,” Red Frog Events owner Joe Reynolds said.

Firefly is partnering with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s “Music Gives to St. Jude Kids” program. The festival is also working with local communities through its “Illuminate Dover” program to help guide the economic impact the event is sure to have
