The Jacksons Plot ‘Unity’ Summer

02:01 PM Tuesday 4/3/12 |   |

Michael Jackson’s siblings take to the road once again as “The Jacksons: Unity Tour 2012” prepares to launch a summer run.

Embarking on their first major tour since Ronald Reagan lived in the White House, The Jacksons have four shows going up on Ticketmaster this weekend – Englewood, N.M., at the Bergen Performing Arts Center June 30; Baltimore at the Modell Performing Arts Center At The Lyric July 1; Washington, D.C., at DAR Constitution Hall July 3 and Houston at the Bayou Music Center (formerly Verizon Wireless Theater) July 14.

The biggest tour to date for The Jacksons was 1984’s “Victory” outing, the last tour the group did with Michael. Rumors of a reunion tour continued to circulate right up until Michael’s 2009 death.

Presales for the four shows mentioned above begin April 5 and general onsales launch April 6. We would like to refer you to the group’s website for more information but as of today TheJacksons.com appears to have not been updated since March 12 when a message wishing “Happy Birthday” to Marlon posted. Maybe you’ll have better luck. Just click here.
