2012 Music Midtown Festival Lineup Is Here

Altanta’s Music Midtown Festival has booked Foo Fighters to close out the first night of the 2012 festival and Pearl Jam to wrap the second evening in style. 

The festival, which was held from 1994 to 2005 then reborn in 2011, is scheduled Sept. 21-22 at the meadow in Piedmont Park.

Before Foo Fighters rock out, Friday, Sept. 21 will feature performances from The Avett Brothers, T.I., Joan Jett And The Blackhearts, and Van Hunt.

In addition to Pearl Jam, Saturday, Sept. 22 boasts sets from Girl Talk, Florence & The Machine, Ludacris, L.P., Civil Twilight and O’Brother.

A presale for Citi cardmembers is ongoing now through Friday, April 27 at 10 p.m. EST. Tickets go on sale to the general public Saturday, April 28 at 10 a.m. EST. Early bird single-day tickets are $55 and two-day passes are $100. VIP single-day tickets are $250 and two-day VIP passes start at $500.
