CounterPoint Expands, Announces Lineup

Originally announced as a two-day event, the brand new CounterPoint Music & Arts Festival near Atlanta, Ga., now says it be a three-day electronic music spectacular as it announces its debut lineup.

Yes, it’s time to tweak your festival calendar with CounterPoint stretching out to encompass Sept. 27-29 at the site of 2007's Echo Project, a 350-acre area along the Chattahoochee River 30 minutes south of Atlanta. Daily shuttle services will transport fans to the festival site from Atlanta and Athens and day parking will be available for festivalgoers wanting to forego the camping experience.

CounterPoint’s first lineup announcement includes Bassnectar, Skrillex, Pretty Lights, Avicii, Steve Angello, M83, Excision, Laidback Luke, Alesso, Crystal Castles, Big Boi, Zeds Dead, Ghostland Observatory, Wale, Big Gigantic, Atmosphere, Toro Y Moi, Lotus and more.
