Tool headlines the first night, Dave Matthews Band the second at the inaugural River’s Edge Music Festival in Saint Paul, Minn.

Produced by Live Nation and set for June 23-24 on Harriet’s Island, River’s Edge will also feature performances by Sublime With Rome, The Flaming Lips, Brand New, Puscifer, Motion City Soundtrack, Coheed And Cambria and many more.

For two days only – May 18 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and May 19 from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. – festivalgoers can skip the service charges by purchasing the $65 single-day wristbrands at the Xcel Energy Center box office.
