Peter Murphy’s 11 ‘Ninth’ Dates

01:01 PM Friday 6/29/12 | |

Peter Murphy has booked nearly a dozen intimate U.S. gigs in August as the final set of shows in support of his most recent album, “Ninth”.

As you might guess, Ninth is Murphy’s ninth solo album. Released in 2011 on Nettwerk Records, the L.A. Times describes Ninth as “a dynamic rock record … one of the strongest of his career.” The album was received well on the other side of the country as well, with Time Out New York calling the album “a badass new effort.”
