Video Diversion: ‘Singing With Chicago’

02:01 PM Monday 8/20/12 |   |

Chicago’s partnership with the American Cancer Society turned Hollywood Saturday night at the Nikon At Jones Beach Theatre in Wantagh, N.Y., when Jim Caviezel, star of CBS’ “Person Of Interest,” appeared on stage with the band warbling “If You Leave Me Now.”

The band’s long-time promotion with the American Cancer Society – “Sing With Chicago” – gives fans an opportunity to sing with their heroes by bidding on a VIP experience through an online auction befitting the organization’s efforts to raise breast cancer awareness. Chicago is dedicating their 2012 tour to breast cancer survivor Paque Kelly, wife of Notre Dame football coach Brian Kelly.

For more information on how you can “Sing With Chicago,” please click here for the American Cancer Society’s website.  Also, click here for Pollstar’s interview with Chicago trumpeter Lee Loughnane.
