Journey’s Neal Schon Wins $50 Million Housewife

11:01 AM Wednesday 8/22/12 |   |

Neal Schon and Journey are out of some legal hot water now that a lawsuit filed by Tareq Salahi has been dismissed. Tareq is the now-former husband of “Real Housewife” Michaele Salahi, who began dating Schon a year ago, traveling with Journey while the romantic dynamic made tabloid news.

Tareq’s photo was even posted at shows to alert security of a possible intruder.

The Salahis first made news as the party crashers at the inaugural ball for President Barack Obama.

Virginia Circuit Judge Dennis Hupp granted a final divorce decree Aug. 20. He also dismissed Tareq’s $50 million lawsuit against Schon, Michaele and Journey that claimed unfair and devious business practices.

Tareq claimed two entertainment companies schemed to break up the marriage as a way of promoting business, according to a statement from Schon’s representatives.

“Neal and Michaele continue to remain happy and in love and look forward to celebrating their one year anniversary in September,” a statement from Schon said. “I was never concerned about the $50 million lawsuit as I knew it was always about their divorce. It’s over. I win, she’s with me. I wish Tareq the best with his candidacy [for governor of Virginia].”

Now for the video evidence.

Here is proof that Neal and Michaele are in love:

And this is what he wins:
