Dave Matthews Band Books Winter Tour

Dave Matthews Band has announced a 14-date East Coast tour including two hometown shows in Charlottesville, Va. Touring in support of its eighth studio album, the winter excursion begins Nov. 30 and runs through Dec. 22.

In September Away from the World debuted at the top of the Nielsen SoundScan chart, making history for DMB as the first group to have six consecutive studio albums debut at No. 1. Last week DMB released an updated version of the video for the album’s first single, “Mercy,” in honor of National Voter Registration Day.

Warehouse fan club members get first dibs on tickets. The request period begins Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time and closes Oct. 15 at 10 a.m. ET.

A presale for Citi cardmembers begins Oct. 15 at 12 p.m. ET through Citi’s Private Pass Program. Presale tickets for Brooklyn, Charlottesville and East Rutherford go on sale Oct. 22 at 12 p.m. ET.

The general public onsale for most dates begins Oct. 19 at 10 a.m. local venue time. Tickets for Brooklyn, Charlottesville and East Rutherford will be available Oct. 26 at 10 a.m. ET.
