04:01 PM Friday 10/26/12 |   |

OK, here’s the deal. Don’t head over to Bumbershoot’s website just yet. The Seattle festival’s October $31 Sale doesn’t start until next week. But you’ll definitely want to make a note in your calendar because this is quite the deal!

Bumbershoot: Seattle’s Music & Arts Festival is once again scheduled for Labor Day weekend Aug. 31 through Sept. 2, 2013 at the Seattle Center.

Although you have months and months to get tickets, you’ll want to grab tickets now if you can because the October $31 Sale is the absolute lowest price for 2013 and represents a 50 percent discount on gate prices.

A limited quantity of Any Day tickets will be available during the October $31 Sale, which begins Monday, Oct. 29 and runs until 11:59 p.m. Halloween night – or while supplies last. Priced at $31, plus fees, the Any Day tickets are good for admission to any single day of Bumbershoot. This allows fans to take advantage of savings now and commit to a specific festival day later. To be exact, only 1,000 Any Day tickets will be offered at the $31 price.

Half-off 3-Day Bumbershoot passes will also go on sale Monday for $75, plus fees.

Kids 10 and under are free with an accompanying paying adult. Bumbershoot offers seniors and people with permanent disabilities a 60 percent discount at festival gates ($25 per day).

The lineup and other ticket information will be announced in 2013.

The 2012 festival included Jane’s Addiction, Tony Bennett, Skrillex, Mac Miller and Big Sean, M83, Awolnation, M. Ward, Mudhoney, Wanda Jackson and Keane.
