Trey Anastasio: Headline Dates & More

The Phish frontman is starting off 2013 with a round of Trey Anastasio Band dates. Along with the headline shows, this week Anastasio announced that he’ll be in Atlantic City tomorrow as a last minute addition to Neil Young & Crazy Horse’s Hurricane Sandy Benefit concert.

The benefit, billed as “A Special Evening With Neil Young & Crazy Horse,” takes place Dec. 6 in Atlantic City, N.J., at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa. Anastasio will perform a solo acoustic set and alternative rock band Everest is opening the show.

Tickets are priced at $75 and $150. Proceeds will go to the American Red Cross Hurricane Sandy relief effort.

Six weeks later, The Trey Anastasio Band hits the road for more dates in support of Traveler. Released in October, Anastasio’s latest solo effort features special guests including Mates Of State’s Kori Gardner, The National’s Bryan Devendorf and Matt Berninger, and Icelandic percussionist Samuli Kosminen.

The January excursion begins on the 18th in Toronto.
