Rachael Yamagata’s Dealbreaker Heart Tour

01:01 PM Tuesday 4/2/13 | |

With her summer tour routed from Ithaca, N.Y., all the way to San Diego and then back to the East Coast, Rachael Yamagata told her Twitter followers that she’s “trying [her] best to get to all nooks and crannies!”

The singer/songwriter, who has appeared on albums from Bright Eyes, Dave Matthews and Rhett Miller, has her own new set of tunes to support. Following her third full-length LP, 2011’s Chesapeake, Yamagata released the EP Heavyweight digitally in November. The six-track release is now available physically as well.
