Counterpoint Returns In 2014

11:01 AM Wednesday 9/25/13 | |

Having debuted in 2012, the Counterpoint Music & Arts Festival skipped 2013 and is now prepping for its return next year. Saying it will sport a “new look at a new venue,” Counterpoint has staked out an April weekend in Atlanta.

The second Counterpoint is set for April 25-27 at Kingston Downs, home of the Atlanta Steeplechase. Counterpoint’s first time out was in fall 2012 at a 350 acre site near Fairburn, Ga.

The folks behind Counterpoint – MCP Presents and C3 Presents – are extolling Kingston Downs’ 5,000-acre location bordered on three sides by the Etowah River and the “perfectly groomed green grass field and rolling hills.”

Lineup and ticketing information forthcoming.  Visit CounterpointFestival.com for more information.
