Brantley Gilbert’s Let It Ride Tour

05:01 PM Monday 1/13/14 | |

With Brantley Gilbert’s new single, “Bottoms Up” impacting country radio today, it’s the perfect timing to talk about his upcoming trek, which is being called the “Let It Ride Tour.” The outing begins in March in La Crosse, Wis.

“Bottoms Up” is the lead single from the singer/songwriter’s third studio album. A title and release date haven’t been official locked down. In September CMT.com reported that the LP is due out in early 2014 and that Gilbert said “he’s pretty settled on the title Just As I Am.” Gilbert’s most recent album, Halfway to Heaven, was released in 2010.

“I’m really excited to get this new music out to the fans!” Gilbert said. “The response from the BG Nation has blown me away. They always come out in full force. Can’t wait to see the reaction we get on the road.”

Check out the video for “Bottoms Up” below:

Gilbert is asking fans to help promote the 2014 excursion by posting photos on their Instagram account with the hashtag #LetItRideTour. An announcement on his website says, “Get creative! We wanna see the most crazy, badass, redneck stuff you can think of to show us a little about your hometown and how pumped you are for this tour to come your way.”

To thank participants for their help, one lucky fan will be flown out to one of the stops on the Let It Ride Tour. The grand prize includes roundtrip coach air transportation for two, a one-night hotel stay, transportation to and from the hotel and airport, and two tickets to the show.

The contest is open through Jan. 15 at 11:59 Central Time. A winner will be selected via a drawing at random on or around Feb.1.
