‘ShipRocked’ Moments

05:01 PM Tuesday 2/11/14 |   |

Images of ShipRocked 2014 and its five-day Caribbean cruise featuring performances by Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach, Three Days Grace and more.

As much of America huddles for warmth from winter’s wretched onslaught of freezing temperatures, an ocean cruise sure would be nice.  Especially onboard a ship like the Norwegian Pearl, filled with bands rocking you all the way to The Bahamas.  Produced by Alan Koenig of ASK4 Entertainment, ShipRocked’s entertainment manifest also included Sevendust, In This Moment, Candlebox, The Halo Method, Tremonti, Nonpoint, Aranda, Brian “Head” Welch’s Love And Death, Art Of Dying, Butcher Babies, Scorpion Child, Wilson, Young Guns, Crash Kings, American Fangs, Andy Wood & The Amalgam

There was also some funny stuff provided by comedians Big Jay Oakerson and Jim Breuer.  Plus, ShipRocked spiced things up with performances by Hells Belles Burlesque.

ShipRocked steamed out of the Port Of Miami Jan 26 and returned Jan. 30.  Performance areas on the Norwegian Pearl included the Monster Energy Deck Stage, Stardust Theater, Crystal Atrium stage and the Spinnaker Lounge.  Passengers also got to spend some quality time on ShipRocked’s own private island.

But mere words can’t convey how much fun ShipRocked passengers had on this year’s cruise.  Fortunately, Chris Bradshaw snapped plenty of photos.  Click on the images to see all the fun that was ShipRocked 2014.

“ShipRocked was as we expected; 4 days and nights of liquid induced musical debauchery!!! Nothing but die hard fans and beautiful Caribbean water, oh and a massive ship!!! The shows rocked as the sun beat down on the private island and the ship definitely rocked as we closed out the last night while heading into a storm.” – Tony Palermo of Papa Roach.
