Governors Ball Taps Drake, The Black Keys

The Governors Ball Music Festival announces its 2015 lineup, saying it will fill three days in New York City with performances by Drake, The Black Keys, Deadmau5, Lana Del Rey, Florence + The Machine and more.

June 5-7 is the timeframe, Randall’s Island Park the location.  Other acts on the lineup include My Morning Jacket, Björk, Ryan Adams, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Chromeo, Tame Impala, Flume, Ratatat, The Decemberists, St. Vincent, The War On Drugs, Hot Chip, Sharon Van Etten, Little Dragon, Flying Lotus, Charli XCX, and Weird Al Yankovic.

In addition to all the music, Governors Ball plans to deliver lots of food options and art installations.

“We’re thrilled to announce the 2015 lineup for Gov. Ball, which we feel is our strongest yet,” Founders Entertainment partner Jordan Wolowitz said.  “This June will be a celebration of our 5th anniversary as NYC’s premier music festival.  We would like to send our most sincere thanks to the fans and artists across the globe that have helped make Gov.
