Rockers Set To Spread Summer Madness

Hard rock mainstays and Atlantic Records cohorts ShinedownHalestormBlack Stone Cherry will hit the road together for the Carnival of Madness tour. The tour stretches from July 20 to August 18 and also features newcomer Whiskey Myers.

The Carnival of Madness tour has existed for five iterations in the U.S., but was canceled in 2014. The show also just finished its first tour of the United Kingdom with the same lineup, except Highly Suspect was included and Whiskey Myers was not.

Past acts on the tour have included EvanescencePapa Roach and Puddle of Mudd.

Before headlining 2016’s Carnival of Madness, Shinedown will be touring independently for a few months, playing some shows with genre heavyweights Five Finger Death Punch and P.O.D.

Last year’s headliner Halestorm is back, with siblings Lzzy and Arejay Hale leading the action on lead vocals/guitar and drums, respectively.

Black Stone Cherry and Whiskey Myers join the tour this year, giving audiences some Southern flavor. BSC hasn’t been on the lineup since 2011 and this year is the first time Whiskey Myers has been featured.
