Modest Mouse is awesome. I'm more a fan of their lo-fi earlier albums but I dig on the borderline poppy newer stuff. They brought down the house, everyone was dancing and singing along with their favourite song. They played the cockroach and I melted. Danceable and gritty rock together. Indie rock with a heartbeat, I love it. Of course the older stuff has me flopping around like a fish out of water which some wouldn't call dancing.
