I have been going to GT&D concerts since the early '80s (at least 15 times). I have NEVER been less than amazed at George's command of not only his guitar but also how he really "connects" with his audiences. If you are even a casual fan of the Blues, if you ever have a chance to see a GT&D show - don't pass it up, you'll be sorry! Since he has added Jim Suhler on guitar, the shows are even more enjoyable! I will never miss an opportunity to see them live! GT&D RULE!!!

I drove over to PA from Delaware see George Thorogood and the Delaware Destroyers because 1 he rocks and 2 because he is out there making people from Delaware proud! He works the audience like a puppet in his hands and everyone loves every second of it.

I have had three previous chances to see George. Boy I did not realize what I was missing. The way he involves his audience is amazing. Pack up your car and go see him now ! Thanks for stopping by George.

I have followed George and the Destroyers since 1978's "Move it On Over." However, it wasn't until last night at the Horseshoe Casino, in Tunica County, Mississippi that as a "Birthday Gift" from my wife I actually had the opportunity to see them in concert. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!! WOW!! It was rich, raw, and rowdy. Nothing short of sheer entertainment was delivered for approximately two hours with three encore performances. George promoting "The Dirty Dozen" album, (I'm 49 their still albums - ok), electrfied the audience with takes like: (I'm a Tale Dragger, Run Myself Out of Town, and Born Lover) but to mention a few. George had people clapping, shuffling, and dancing to the oldies but goodies as well - Bad To The Bone, Who Do You Love, and Move It On Over. The concert had a supporting cast of approximately 1,000 people in the small concert hall, however, for me, it provided an extremely personal experience - much grateful for that!! George is as good as he ever was and still knows how to work an audience. THANKS GEORGE, IT WAS AMAZING!!!
