Chris and his band played with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra on this night. I have seen Chris and his band three times over the last few years and they are a tight group and Chris goes out of his way to be personable and to talk to the crowd. He is the consummate host! My only criticism is that Chris and his band have played what seems like to exact set for a couple of years now and it would be great to hear some of his old material and to mix it up. He even told many of the same stories. I guess when you tour as mush as he has the last few years then you maybe forget you played the same stuff last time in town? At any rate, Chris and his core group of musicians are highly skilled and you can tell they love playing together. I would highly recommend you see and listen to Chris Botti!
