Saw Loretta Lynn at Ameristar in north KC, she did a very good show, I must say I was very pleasantly surprised! Honestly wasn't quite sure what to expect, given her age (and I don't mean that in an unkind way, simply that some performers don't know when to hang it up), she sounded good and looked healthy and energetic. She interacted well with the crowd, she was funny, sassy, sharp witted....quite an enjoyable evening. Go see her if she's passing through your neck of the woods.

Loretta Lynn is without question the undisputed "Queen Of Country Music." She is the real deal and 100 % country without watering down the whiskey. I've seen her over 300 times in concert over the past 30 years and I never grown tired of her and her road show. A country class act all the way! She is a fan favorite still as she marks her 50th anniversary in 2010! She tours every year without fail and her legions of fans still come out to see her in droves five decades after her first hit "I'm A Honky Tonk Girl" hit the charts in 1960. Long live the "Queen" and go out and see her whenever she comes to your area.

Loretta was REMARKABLE at the Opry Classic show!! She came out in her signature 'Gone with the Wind" red ball gown. Lookin AMAZING! When Loretta enters the room you can feel the love her fans have for her. Everyone jumps to there feet to hail the Queen of Country. Loretta performed her classic hits YOU AINT WOMAN ENOUGH", "SHE'S GOT YOU" and 'COAL MINER'S DAUGHTER'. As she left the stage, she was yet again given another standing ovation.
