    Great band with a strong message whom i've seen live twice. Awesome live and sometimes during their shows throw in a couple of their idols songs, Rage Against the Machine.

    The Flobots - (from Denver) rocked the New Years Eve show at The Gothic in Englewood, CO. If you have not heard of the Flobots before, check them out! Talk about lyrical activism... These guys got it! The new years shows (3) co-insided with their national street team conference (www.fightwithtools.org) which was really cool. Fans from all over the country converged on Denver for a week leading up to the show and new years day. If you think about a street team, you think merchandise sales etc. The Flobots street team is not even close to the same as any other band. There street team does projects like teaching music, social activism, volunteering at many, many, many orgs like www.fightwithfood.org, Habitat for Humanity, Students for Peace and Justice, IVAW, and many more!
