    Parking: Parking is ok but you need to get there a little early for the close in Free Parking some retailing lots charge $15 for the privilege. Scalping: If the performers are historically “big time” you might want buy an extra ticket to sell on the street on the way in. You should be able to double your money to pay for the over priced drinks. Security: Getting in the venue is standard. You may have carry-on’s checked (extra clothes, Seat cushion, blanket, etc) but no problem, generally easy to carry a flask, pocket shots or small liquids, material, etc., in bra or around belt and/or in socks. Even more if you’re cagey! Note: I found the security personally generally friendly and even-handed. Nice change from the old days. Seating: Now if you are sitting in assigned seats then you’re ready to go and most problems solved. If you are in general seating, suggest that you get there early for good seat. The lower green will fill quickly and the upper green sucks. Speakers and towers will block your view. The walk-ways will fill with late comers that can’t find a seat because the blanket spreads will overwhelm the grass. If you manage to get comfortable on the grass, you will end-up standing all night on the slope and your toes will mash into the front of your shoes. (tighten your laces) People will use any free-space for walking. For the “sold out” shows the venue will “over sell” the tickets and the green will be swamped. Food and drinks: Beer sells for $9 a bottle or cup. There was Miller Light, Corona and Mikes Hard Lemonade, etc. Soda (Coke and Sprite) $5 a piece, water was $3 a bottle. Drunken people were rare at those prices. Food is standard arena fair and comparative prices. Note: if you purchase Soda at the food stands then you can keep the cap on the bottle. Drink only stands they won’t let you keep the cap? The entertainment was excellent. Only one major sound failure during#1 hit song Go figure!
