Agent Adam Voith joins CAA’s Music department after a stint with WME Nashville, Pollstar has confirmed.

He comes aboard as a music agent and brings Mumford & Sons, Vampire Weekend, Bon Iver, Father John Misty and others with him.
Voith joined WME Nashville in 2018 from Billions Corp.
The Indiana native originally intended to be writer, and still maintains a publishing company  where he continues to write and edit.
“I came out of college thinking I was going to be a writer. I started out doing mostly fiction and thinly veiled stories based on my travels,” Voith told Pollstar in a 2012 executive profile. “I wrote of my love of music a lot and a lot of stuff I wrote about took place in the underground punk scene.
“I was writing and running a tiny, independent publishing company but I was also really involved with a bunch of my friends’ bands. I would go on tour with these bands and sell merch for them and sell my books as well.”
It was on one of those tours in around 2000 that Voith met Trey Many, drummer for Pedro The Lion.
Many had his own agency, Aero Booking, in Seattle and was handling those duties for the band and others while on the road.
Voith got hooked on the process of organizing tours by seeing Many in action, which eventually led to a job at Aero Booking.
Two and a half years later, he would form Decorporated where he developed his own roster before moving on.
