Alanis Morissette Joins O2 London’s ‘Welcome Back Shows’

Seven-time Grammy Award winner Alanis Morissette is the latest artist to join “The Welcome Back Shows” at the O2 Arena London, England, Nov. 24.
The concert will be a celebration of 25 years of her most successful album, Jagged Little Pill, and her latest album Such Pretty Forks In The Road.
It’s the fourth show confirmed in a series of full-capacity events at the 20,000-cap arena, beginning with Burna Boy on Aug. 27. The second confirmed event is a classical set by Ministry Of Sound, Nov. 13.
Alanis Morissette is up next, Nov. 24, followed by a comedy show by Mo Gilligan and Friends on Dec. 8. “More full capacity shows are to be announced in the coming weeks,” according to a press release sent out by The O2.
The venue’s programing director Christian D’Acuña commented, “We’re delighted Alanis Morissette will be joining the bill on our Welcome Back Show series. Alanis will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of her seminal album Jagged Little Pill which sold over 33 million copies worldwide, and we can’t wait to celebrate and sing along with her in an arena full of fans later this year.”  
The O2 just hosted the annual BRIT Awards with a live audience of 4,000 that had been tested in advance.
AEG wasn’t able to comment on the coronavirus requirements in place for the Welcome Back Shows at press time, as those will depend on government advice at the time.
