Andy Duggan Joins WME Music Department In London

Has joined WME’s music department in London, UK.

WME announced that Andy Duggan has joined the company as an agent in the music department, based in London.

He comes to WME from Primary Talent, where he had been employed as music agent since 2005, having joined the company from Profile Artists Agency.
In his new role, Duggan will focus on using his A&R skills and manager relationships to make sure WME maintains its worldwide reputation for signing “exemplary, genre defining artists,” as the hiring announcement states.
Duggan’s roster of acts includes Kano, Neneh Cherry, Mount Kimbie, Django Django, Santigold, Rejjie Snow, Kelsey Lu and Mykki Blanco, in addition to rising stars such as Yussef Dayes, Greentea Peng, Shygirl, Charlotte Adigéry, Jockstrap and more.
“Andy has an exceptional track record of identifying and developing emerging artists and creating unique opportunities for his clients that have evolved with the complexities of the modern music business,” said Lucy Dickins, co-head, music, WME. 
“He is extremely well-respected within both the UK music community and the global music business and has consistently had his finger firmly on the pulse of the next generation of cutting-edge artists. We are thrilled to welcome him to our team,” she said.
