ASM Global today announced the acquisition of a controlling interest in Anthony James Partners (AJP), by its own admission “an owner’s representative, AV consultant and design consultant for professional sport franchise owners, higher education, venue management firms, A&E firms and government.”

According to ASM Global, “the move demonstrates a recognition that AV technology has become the central nervous system of the live-event experience.”
The live entertainment giant wants to use AJP’s experience and understanding of the industry to equip ASM Global facility owners and operators with the  knowledge and input necessary to make informed strategic decisions on major investments into complex technology and integration solutions.
