Beck plays iHeartRadio Alter Ego at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif., Jan. 19.

Perhaps the standout addition to Beck’s tour plans is the artist’s first headlining gig at New York’s Madison Square Garden Arena.  Guess some things just take time.

Beck recently collaborated with electronic duo Oliver to create the latest remix of “Up All Night.”  Check it out via this link.

Beck’s 2017 touring plans included several dates supporting U2.  However, the singer/songwriter/producer also found time to sell out a few venues on his own.  Playing two different places in the San Francisco Bay Area, Beck’s July 14 gig at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley sold 8,532 tickets for a $507,654 gross.  The following night found Beck playing to a full house at Oakland’s Fox Theater where he sold 2,828 tickets and grossed $179,973.

Back to the future.  Beck’s added dates on his “Colors” tour include a return to the gorgeous Red Rocks Amphitheatre near Denver, Colo.  Here’s what’s new:

July 6 – Detroit, Fox Theatre
July 7 – Toronto, Ontario, Budweiser Stage
July 10 – Laval, Quebec, Place Bell
July 13 – Ottawa, Ontario, RBC Bluesfest
July 15 – Boston, Mass., Hills Bank Pavilion
July 19 – New York, N.Y., Madison Square Garden Arena
July 20 – Philadelphia, Pa., Festival Pier
Sept. 22 – Salt Lake City, Utah, Maverick Center
Sept. 24 – Morrison, Colo., Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Tickets for Red Rocks Amphitheatre went on sale today.  Presales for other newly added concerts begin March 20 at 9 a.m. with general onsales launching March 23 at 10 a.m.  All times local.  Keep checking Pollstar’s Beck page for further updates.
