BottleRock Napa Valley is the latest major festival to announce a postponement, moving from Memorial Day Weekend to that of Oct. 2-4 at the Napa Valley Expo in Northern California.

The good news is, all the headliners and many of the top-tier artists originally lined up for the music and food fest have confirmed their appearances in October, including Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stevie Nicks, Dave Matthews Band, Miley Cyrus, Khalid, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nations, Zedd and more.

“We made this decision with the safety and best interests of our fans, musicians, partners, employees, and community being paramount,” BottleRock organizers said in a statement. “We are committed to putting on the festival to not only share great music and the incredible Napa Valley hospitality, but because it’s vitally important to the livelihood of all those who make BottleRock Napa Valley the festival it is.”

All passes will be valid for the new dates, and ticketholders  should keep an eye out for email within the next few weeks with more details about ticket exchanges and returns.

BottleRock Napa Valley is in its eighth year, and draws up to 120,000 to downtown Napa, Calif. Last year’s lineup was headlined by Imagine Dragons, Neil Young, Mumford & Sons.
