Brooklyn Made Strikes Deal To Promote Concerts At NYC’s United Palace

Brooklyn Made, the concert promotion company founded by former Live Nation NY President Anthony Makes, struck its first deal as exclusive promoter of United Palace theater in New York City. The company will work with events promoter and service provider MaxSky to bring rock shows to the 3,300-cap venue located in Manhattan.

United Palace opened in 1930 as one of five Loew’s “Wonder Theaters” in the city and comes with elaborate architecture and ornate interior. It’s hosted concerts over the years including with Neil Young, Adele, Bryan Ferry, Lenny Kravitz, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Bad Bunny and more.

 

United Palace last hosted The Magnetic Fields for three shows in February and averages 2,991 tickets sold for a gross of $295,720. It was also recently featured on President Joe Biden’s “Celebrating America” inauguration special as the location of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s poetry reading.
