CAA Unveils New Management Structure; ‘CAA Board’ Includes Emma Banks, Rick Roskin



CAA announced today the formation of the CAA Board, which will be responsible for the agency’s day-to-day operations.

The board is comprised of Risa Gertner, Michael Levine, Emma Banks, Joe Cohen, Maha Dakhil, Paul Danforth, Michelle Kydd Lee, Joel Lubin, Sonya Rosenfeld, Rick Roskin, and Tiffany Ward. All board members retain their existing leadership roles in the agency.  

On the music side at CAA. Banks is a seven-time Pollstar UK Agent of the Year award winner and in 2018 became the first music agent to receive the prestigious Music Industry Trust Award in London, which included a surprise appearance from Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith and manager Peter Mensch. Meanwhile, Rick Roskin’s music roster includes major rosters like Eagles, Kid Rock, Slipknot, Iron Maiden and many other major artists.

One of the largest full-service agencies, CAA’s signings in the last several months include Randy Rainbow, The Black Crowes, K-pop management company SM Entertainment, Sugar Ray and The Spice Girls.

Long known as one of the major talent agencies in media, CAA has diversified to include a powerhouse CAA Sports division, as well as the ICON group, an industry leading owner’s representative and project management firm overseeing development, design and construction of major venues worldwide, including The O2 London, Staples Center in Los Angeles and Chase Center in San Francisco.
